Barb Dossett combs Pat Worley's hair while giving her a cut and a perm outside her winter home at Citrus Valley RV Park in McAllen. Dossett, an 11th year winter Texan from Illinois, arrived back in the Rio Grande Valley on Friday. Worley, who was born and raised in the valley, said she waited for six months to Dossett to return and perm her hair.
