Omar Martinez holds onto his steering wheel while EMS crews work on freeing him from his overturned cement truck on Expressway 83 in San Juan. The truck was heading westbound on Expressway 83 when the left front tire had a blow out, sending the truck over the highway divider and partially resting in the eastbound lanes. Martinez suffered a broken leg and was sent to Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen.
