Victor Armando Silva sits behind a cage while riding a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement bus from Harlingen to the Hidalgo-Reynosa International Bridge while being deported back to Mexico. Silva, who was captured by Border Patrol in Tampa, Florida, is just one of thousands of Mexican nationals who are removed from the United States every year by ICE agents.
