Juan and Valerie, who have been together for nearly four years and have a son together, woke up on Valentines Day morning and decided that it was the day they should get married. Judges at the Hidalgo County Courthouse and Justice of the Peace offices kept busy performing walk-in marriages for those who wanted to make Valentines Day the day to say "I do."
