Jose Garcia has been in trouble with the law in the past, but it is a crime he didn't commit that is currently causing him problems. Garcia shares the same name and birthday as a man wanted for kidnapping in 1983 in Miami-Dade County. Garica has been extradited to Florida twice, in 2008 and this year, and jailed for months while proving his innocence.
